Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Child Care Director to oversee our childcare facility. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education and have a strong background in childcare.Responsibilities:Develop and implement programs that align with the center's philosophy and curriculum.Supervise and support staff members to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children.Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and compliance with licensing regulations.Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and children to foster positive relationships.Monitor and assess the progress of each child to provide individualized support as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.Proven experience working with children in a childcare setting.Knowledge of behavior management techniques and special education practices.Strong leadership skills with the ability to educate and inspire others.Certification in CPR and First Aid.Familiarity with daycare regulations and licensing requirements.If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for childcare and education, we invite you to apply for the Child Care Director position.
