Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Child Care Director to join our team. As the Child Care Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our child care center. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for working with children.Responsibilities:
Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for childrenSupervise and support child care staff, providing guidance and training as neededEnsure compliance with all licensing regulations and maintain accurate recordsManage the enrollment process, including conducting tours and interviews with prospective familiesMaintain a safe and nurturing environment for children, following all health and safety protocolsCommunicate regularly with parents to provide updates on their child's progress and address any concernsCollaborate with other staff members and administrators to create a positive and inclusive learning environmentExperience:
Previous experience working with children in an educational settingFamiliarity with education administration and higher education teachingStrong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a teamExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenKnowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood educationWe offer competitive compensation packages based on experience.
