Job SummaryAs a Child Care Director, you will oversee the daily operations of a child care center, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children under your care.Duties
Develop and implement educational programs that align with state regulations and promote the intellectual, social, and physical development of children.Supervise and support child care staff, providing guidance and training as needed.Maintain accurate records related to children's progress, attendance, and health.Collaborate with parents to address individual child needs and communicate center policies effectively.Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and safety regulations.Manage the center's budget, including expenses for supplies, equipment, and staff salaries.Experience
