OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Child Care Director to oversee the daily operations of our child care facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and childcare, along with strong leadership skills.Responsibilities
Develop and implement educational programs that align with state regulations and promote the intellectual and social development of children.Supervise and support staff members, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children.Collaborate with parents to address individual child needs and maintain open communication.Manage budgeting, scheduling, and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.Experience
Previous experience in educating or working with students in a child care setting.Knowledge of education administration practices and regulations.A background in higher education teaching or university-level coursework is a plus.Job Type:
