OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Executive Director - Early Childhood to join our team. The candidate will be required to travel between two different Child Care Centers within a 5-mile radius in Jacksonville, NC. The ideal candidate will have a leadership role and should be well versed with Division of Child Development and Early Education guidelines.Responsibilities:
Supervise the Management team at each location to ensure compliance with company guidelines.Collaborate with parents and families.Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and health and safety standards.Develop budget and control overheads.Monitor manhours.Problem solving.Skills:
Strong educational background with experience in early childhood education or a related field.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff.Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of child care professionals.Organizational skills to manage administrative tasks and do quality checks.As an Executive Director, you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing environment for children to learn, grow, and thrive. Your responsibilities will include supervising staff, collaborating with parents, and ensuring compliance with regulations. To excel in this role, you should have a strong educational background in early childhood education or a related field, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.Job Type:
