For over 30 years, the mission at the Animal Dental Center has been to provide our patients with exceptional oral care by building a trusting partnership with pet owners in a warm and caring environment. Our practice strongly focuses on client education and community outreach programs to promote pet oral health awareness and hopefully nurture a longer and healthier quality of life for our four-legged loved ones.POSITION SUMMARYOur growing practice is seeking veterinary technicians/assistants to join our team in Annapolis, Maryland! Qualified applicants have established skills in anesthesia, I.V. catheterization, pre/post-surgical patient care, and patient recovery. Our practice has a strong focus on client education; therefore, excellent client communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Candidates should possess a strong work ethic as part of a very dedicated team and thrive in a fast-paced/high-reward professional environment. Are you a driven individual who has no problem taking initiative in case management while also working well without direct supervision? We are seeking the brightest and the best!CAREER REQUIREMENTS3-5 years experience as a veterinary technician or assistant.Caring and empathetic client care.Schedule flexibility (some longer days, but no weekend hours necessary).Computer/Technology proficiency and ability to learn medical/dental specialty software as necessary.BENEFITSCompetitive compensation based on experience and skill level of technician training/education
