Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:

Review and interpret ongoing business report requirements including researching data requirements.

Create ad-hoc, recurring, and QA reports with thoroughness and a goal to minimize errors.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.

Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.

Document current and new processes.

Meet with multiple departments such as Credit, Sales, Model Risk, Marketing, IT, and Accounting to understand business needs to enhance and maintain business and data reporting.

Handle the full cycle of Model building from data preparation and integration, detailed documentation, model maintenance, quality assurance reporting, and model refinement.

Research and experiment with model segmentation groups to boost predictive accuracy.

Develop data marts for Analytics, modeling, and reporting.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:

Quantitative reporting experience.

Statistical modeling experience.

Ability to interpret and understand user requests.

Experience in Business Reporting / Analytics.

2+ years of hands-on experience with SQL and PowerBI.

3+ years of python experience.

2+ years working with data warehouse(s) and data marts.

2+ years of experience with building dashboards and data visualizations.

Industry and Work Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Model Development/Validation.

2+ years of experience as a Quantitative Analyst, Data Scientist or Data Science background.

1 year of finance industry preferred.

Academic:

High school diploma or GED required.

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Management Information Systems, Finance, information technology, or related field preferred.

Salary Range - $71,234 - $106,851.
