The position will involve managing IT projects and application owner responsibilities within the Home Comfort Division, managing the entire project life cycle from design through to delivery, ensuring they are completed within budget and according to the required scope.The application owner role will concentrate on aligning development efforts with stakeholder and user needs to ensure the team delivers the most user-centric product possible.You will work closely with international stakeholders and external suppliers, requiring robust communication skills and substantial project management experience.KEY DELIVERABLES:Lead and oversee multiple IT projects (Home Comfort Division), from planning and execution to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope (Quality), and within budget.Work closely with Global Process Owners / Local Process Owners part of (BPM) business process management, and in collaboration with the Product Owners (PO) at Home Comfort.Responsible for requirements that are at the core of developing our IT solutions. Defining, analyzing and documenting requirements.Lead and coordinate IT teams located in various countries, fostering collaboration, and maintaining high-performance standards.Acting as an interface between GPO, PEX (process experts) key users and stakeholders to figure out how to create a user-centric product and conveying this to the development team in the form of (not limited to) sprint goals, used in Scrum meetings.Responsible for upgrade roll out and communication with key stakeholders.Build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to develop excellent collaboration and exchange of information.Qualifications

Our ideal candidate should be educated to degree level, have a management qualification or equivalent experience.They should also have:Previous experience in managing IT Applications (Application Owner) responsibilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of managing stakeholder relationships.Extensive knowledge of IoT, cloud platform, web technology project management implementation as part of digital transformation.Proven experience in managing projects using both agile project management and waterfall methodologies.Significant proven experience of directly managing the delivery of projects across the full project life cycle.An understanding of user needs, as well as a broad general understanding of IT processes for products and applications, to know what is and is not feasible.Previous work experience as a product/project manager or business analyst, using agile methodologies.Some experience in consulting would be advantageous.Self-motivated individual with a pro-active approach combined with excellent problem-solving skills.Knowledge of project management tools and best practices.Ability to work as part of a team in an agile environment and engender team spirit in others.Exceptional personal organisational skills and planning capabilities.Comprehensive facilitation and presentation skills.Constructive approach to handling risks and issues.Ability to work and deliver under pressure.Knowledge of SAP R3 & S4HANA, Field Service Cloud, MS Dynamics (CRM) would be beneficial.Additional Information
