Position Overview

Lakeshore talent is partnering with a leading organization in Denver to seek a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation Analyst for a temporary position. This role is ideal for professionals with 2-3 years of experience in compensation, data analysis, benefits coordination, or a related field who are looking to contribute to impactful global projects and potentially transition to a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities

Global Project Assistance:

Support several global compensation projects across 30 countries.

Conduct analysis related to restructuring salary grades from 5 to 3 within each category.

Data Management and Updates:

Update and maintain extensive career guides and job families, involving significant data manipulation (cutting, pasting, data entry).

Clean up and manage employee data, including emails, job data, and role mapping within internal tools.

Compensation Structure and Market Data:

Analyze and update salary structures based on compensation market data.

Map jobs to appropriate salary structures and ensure alignment with company standards.

Qualifications

Experience:

2-3 years in compensation analysis, data analysis, benefits coordination, HRIS coordination, or a related analytical role.

Previous job titles may include Compensation Analyst, Data Analyst, Compensation Coordinator, Benefits Coordinator, or HRIS Coordinator.

Experience in accounting is acceptable for candidates seeking to transition to compensation roles.

Skills:

Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.

Proficiency in data manipulation and management.

Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Familiarity with Oracle EBS or similar compensation and HR systems is a plus.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.

Other:

Ability to work collaboratively within a global team.

Excellent communication skills.

Passion for compensation and benefits, with a desire to grow in the field.

Team Dynamics

The compensation team is led by an experienced manager based in Colorado.

Collaborate with a global network of Compensation Analysts located in the US, Singapore, and Mexico.

Work alongside a benefits coordinator and a new benefits manager, providing opportunities for learning and professional growth.
