Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings.Make a listing presentation for the seller to explain the home’s key selling points and asking price.Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly.Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client.Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing.Qualifications:
Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself.Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.At least one year of work experience in real estate sales.Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly.Completes tasks quickly and efficiently.Compensation:
$100,000 - $120,000 yearly
