is seeking a Linux System Administrator to support a Cybersecurity Intelligence Team which provides normalization of cyber security data and automation of cyber threat intelligence. This position is part of an operations support team responsible for system administration support.
TS/SCI clearance with FS polygraph required.
The successful candidate will be able to work independently, learn new tasks over time and have the following experience:Running security scans (STE/STN Support)Support onsite ISSO with STE/STN SupportLinux system administrationSome minor Windows system administrationMonitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues with Elastic products such as Grafana and KibanaJira for workflow management (ticketing)Confluence for documentation and artifact sharingProvisioning virtual machine resourcesAbility to navigate Command Line Interface (CLI)Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve SA related issues.TPAM for account managementPlanned and unplanned outage coordination (use of Outage Manager (OME)Basic understanding of Docker and Kubernetes containerization (not required but would be nice to have)Why consider joining Root//Source?At Root//Source, we offer a dynamic work environment where employees can engage in fulfilling and meaningful work.
