Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented

Data Entry Specialist

to join our client’s team in Fort Smith, AR. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and be proficient in data entry. This position will involve recreating task lists in SAP, relabeling stock room materials, and updating cost centers. This hybrid role offers competitive compensation (

$17-$19/hour

) over a 6 month contract period.

Hybrid Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (2 days in office, 3 days remote)

Qualifications:

Proficiency in data entry and typing skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Strong organizational skills

Knowledge of computer software and applications, such as Microsoft Excel and Word

Familiarity with data management systems and databases

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Basic math skills for numerical data entry

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Prior experience in SAP is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

Recreate task lists in SAP using the G002 cost center.

Review old task lists and cross-reference to new FLOCs.

Relabel stock room materials using updated stickers.

Create new work centers for MSE, MSM, and department work centers.

Update cost centers on all maintenance plan items.

Clean data in old POs with the help of buyers.

Pay Details:

$17.00 to $19.00 per hour
