We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Web Content Strategist to lead and drive our website content strategy for our IT Management & Support products (GoTo Resolve and LogMeIn Rescue). If you’re a strategic, creative thinker who can go big and be detail-obsessed with all aspects of marketing and content writing, we’d love to meet you.Your Day to DayDevelop content strategies that synthesize and prioritize the needs of Product Marketing while balancing SEO goals and eCommerce business goals, keeping MSPS or the IT buyer in mind.Discover new ways to implement these strategies through collaboration with UX designers, copywriters, UX researchers, and scrum teams.Partner with the Brand team to tell our portfolio stories, and infuse our sites with our corporate positioning and brand promise.Manage content development and copy needs for large website redesign projects, as well as initiate and plan information architecture (IA) work for site migrations and redesigns.Create, execute and edit short and long-form written assets in support of our IT management products including blogs and resources that will live on our websites.What We’re Looking For5+ years of experience working in content strategy, UX, marketing, IA, website ownership, or other related discipline.Experience developing content for B2B and B2C within a SaaS technology company selling to MSPs.A portfolio or samples of case studies. Your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for a variable pay component and benefits.
