Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for managing the administrative and transactional functions of the indirect purchasing team. You will play a critical role in ensuring adherence to purchasing best practices, policies, and program compliance across locations.

Location: Springdale, AR (72764)

Hourly Pay Rate: $ 18.00

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Assignment Type: Temporary

Key Responsibilities:

Create purchase orders and manage inquiries through the Procurement Ops shared folder.

Influence best practices in the Purchase to Pay process, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Generate report data to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

Communicate effectively with plant personnel to resolve issues and promote process best practices.

Liaise with suppliers to address errors related to pricing, invoicing, and ordering.

Respond to phone calls and emails within 24 hours.

Provide coverage for other support staff as needed.

Qualifications:

Experience with purchasing, or purchase orders.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in purchasing or administrative support preferred.

Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; SAP experience is a plus.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with all organizational levels.

Special Skills: Strong judgment and problem-solving abilities; capacity to multi-task and manage heavy workloads in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
