Job Description :

As a Senior Consultant supporting our Federal government client, you will work as part of an innovative team to research, prepare, and deliver high-quality solutions. You will be trusted to complete tasks independently, begin leading others in completing tasks, and contribute to the overall team effort to solve challenging problems for the benefit of our customers.

The successful candidate will have the ability to:

Lead the Strategic Communications team and oversee the team's goals, timeline, and actions to meet communications and external impact goals.Develop, implement, and oversee a strategic communications plan, including setting priorities and goals, measurable objectives, strategies, and tactics.Oversee issue area strategic communication leads and communications planning for critical dates and campaigns.Establish procedures, standards, priorities and work plans.Applies knowledge of industry best practices, business process transformation, or lean management methodsCommunicate and collaborate effectively with external stakeholders and all levels of staff, to provide information and consult across strategic communication needs.Establish and manage effective cross-team relationships with organization leadership, program leads, development, and others to identify communications goals, target audiences, and timely, strategic opportunities that advance collective priorities.Develop long-range objectives and strategic plans related to business process improvement and curriculum design.Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business management, communications, public policy, or other related field8+ years of relevant, professional experience4+ years of relevant management experience in successfully leading a communications team within a complex organizational structureCurious and open-minded approach to workThrive in a continuous Build-Measure-Learn cycleEngage with technology-with comfort and ease (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Monday, Slack, etc.)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearancePreferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of employee experience, customer experience, and/or service designStrong knowledge of values-based or asset framing and working with diverse audiences to advance solution-oriented messages.Experience consulting or working for the Federal governmentJob Location and Travel Expectations:

This position is remote. Some travel ( Some meetings will be conducted on-site with customers in Washington, D.C.Additional Information:
