Grow with us as we embark on building tomorrow together by being the safest, most diverse and most profitable industrial gas company in the world.Reimagine What's PossibleThe position is part of the Marketing Function within the Large Project Business Development Team.The position is responsible for global market understanding and viability evaluation for green and blue hydrogen and ammonia products within Air Products' Large Projects Business Development team. This position is responsible for market analysis and identification, business development support, interfacing with external coalitions and governmental agencies, early engagement with key customers, and sales team training. This position must be able to work with global and regional cross-functional teams in a both a virtual and onsite environment.

Scope of this position includes:Define target markets for green and blue hydrogen and ammonia; including market growth, timing, drivers, and key playersCoordinate market knowledge with key internal stakeholdersEvaluate projects for viability (financial, market, technical)Expertise in natural gas and power markets, especially in renewable natural gas and renewable powerUnderstand legislation in each region/country/state for both incentives and regulations, working with Government Relations, and the impact of legislation on Air Products' assets and projectsEvaluate green and blue strategies for competitors and the impact of these strategies on Air ProductsDevelop landscape for competitive technologies/licensorsSupport Air Products' M&A efforts, proposals/bids, and responses to RFI/RFPs including both new projects and loading existing and new assetsSupport regional teams and business development with market data, conference materials, and sales and marketing tools.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONSCandidates must have 10+ years of work experience with a degree in a science/engineering, finance, or MBAMust be able to work well with a cross functional team with external stakeholders and provide leadership to a variety of internal functional groupsWe are the world's largest hydrogen producer with over 80 years of industrial gas experience.
