Director II, Business Analytics and Commercial Sales Support

- Supporting Schools Segments and Commercial Sales.This is a remote position, reporting to

VP Finance, FP&A and Business

but will also work very closely with the Schools CFO, the Chief Commercial Officer, and the SVP, Revenue Operations. The successful candidate will also interact with the Senior Director of NorAm Management Reporting to support group related reporting requirements.The

Director II, Business Analytics and Commercial Sales Support

serves as the Business Analytics lead for the

Schools Segments

in delivering timely, relevant, and insightful analysis to segment leadership in support of accelerated profitable growth. They will also provide analytical support to the

Transversal Commercial Sales

team to effectively monitor NorAm’s development and retention and to evaluate other Sales related KPIs.Key Responsibilities

SchoolsFacilitate key business operating processes: Annual Strategic Planning, Annual Budgeting, Periodic Forecasting, Monthly Reporting and Ad-hoc Analysis.Drive and support performance management by assuring proactive, relevant, reliable and timely KPIs and full visibility with a single version of results.Build and continuously improve standardized and centralized processes and analysis framework and supporting systems and tools.Deliver a set of analytical reports at the lowest appropriate level (Geographic, line of business, etc.).Commercial SalesProvide ongoing analytical support for NorAm’s Commercial Sales organization.Develop and deliver monthly reporting on key Commercial KPIs including development and retention.Assist with all Sales & Retention KPI related forecasting, budgeting, and Group reporting requirements, including preparation of Quarterly Business Review presentation materials.Support the Commercial Sales team with ad hoc requests, such as: monitoring performance by sales exec, developing sales targets, etc.Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.7 to 10 years accounting / finance / operations experiences.Strong financial acumen, including operational and financial planning.Highly organized and detail oriented.Independent, deadline oriented, able to manage multiple deliverables at the same time.Strong communication skills with a challenger mindset.Strong knowledge of Sodexo’s financial systems (SAP, HFM, etc.).Preferred Qualifications

MBA and/or CPA a plus.5 years Sodexo accounting / finance / operations experience within a specific segment.Experience supporting a Sales organization desired.Sodexo
