What to Expect in This Position

Lead the hiring, training, and management of a team to deliver on monthly and quarterly pipeline growth targets.Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company objectives to drive revenue growth.Collaborate closely with key cross-functional partners (marketing, sales, sales ops & enablement, recruiting & HR) to achieve company targets.Use data-driven insights to monitor performance, identify improvement areas, and optimize results.Provide mentorship and coaching to empower team members to achieve their goals.Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions for Sales Development Representatives.Continuously refine and enhance the sales development process for improved efficiency and outcomes.Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and expansion.What Sets You Apart

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent w/ 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales and sales management.Top-of-funnel sales development experience within the SAAS/Technology/Intelligence environment.Demonstrated leadership skills to motivate and empower team members to achieve objectives.Strategic mindset in developing and executing sales strategies that align with company goals.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration across teams.Analytical approach to utilize data and metrics for performance enhancement and identifying areas for growth.Dedication to mentorship and coaching to support team members in reaching their full potential.Commitment to continuous learning, embracing innovation, problem-solving, and staying informed on industry trends.Adaptability and collaboration in a fast-paced environment to optimize business outcomes.About FiscalNote
