Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations and enhancing overall productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner
Manage schedules and coordinate appointments and meetings
Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organized and accessible
Assist with data entry and maintain databases
Prepare and distribute internal and external communications
Support bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks as needed
Assist with office supplies management, including ordering and inventory
Provide general administrative support to team members as required
Relieve teachers for restroom breaks
Record classroom ratios
Assist families with any questions or concerns
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in administration or related field is a plus.
Previous experience in childcare environment is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
