Please speak to the Talent Acquisition team to find out more information.What does a Head of Studio, US Geo do at Hogarth?The Head of Studio, US Geo is responsible for managing the production process of print and digital assets for new product launches and sustain campaigns within the United States Channel Market.The Head of Studio, US Geo will manage the US Geo team as well as manage the partnership with our internal teams and client teams to ensure a seamless transition from the master workflow through the localization process for the United States.Key responsibilities:Partner with client leadership operations and finance teams building trust in the departments business operations. Leading the direction of the departments overall success.Develop a planning and scoping strategy around resourcing and delivery for projects.Manage production capabilities, tools and resource optimization.Manage the US Geo resource budgets balancing cost and developing efficiencies.Manage all US Geo assets across the channel market including tracking, archiving assets.Participate in project kick offs, content meetings, reviews, and other project based meetings as needed.Coach and guide the team of Producers, Studio Artists, Project Managers, Team Leads, and Proofreaders.Be innovative, a champion for change, and assist in implementing and proposing new technology and workflows.Work with the leadership team to instill Hogarth values and build Hogarth culture.Ensure all work is completed on time and to the highest of standards.Support professional development for all direct reports, providing performance feedback, resolving performance issues, and maintaining positive morale amongst the team.Promote effective communication throughout the production team.Remain current on technology and trends.Actively participate in attracting top talent and employee retention.Continually look for ways to enhance productivity through process improvements, task automation, and new technology.Lead by example.Requirements:5+ years experience of managing a team of 15+.5+ years experience in production and/or production management.Knowledge within Adobe Creative Suite and automations.Ability to partner with senior management to build a company culture and drive change across the organization.Ability to make sound decisions quickly and solve problems under pressure.Team player with an interest in process efficiency and effectiveness.Good relationship skills, including dealing with multiple stakeholders.Excellent attention to detail and highly organized.Strong verbal and written communications skills.Demonstrate the Hogarth Values in all actions and communications.Excellent interpersonal skills.The ability to thrive in an ever changing and dynamic work environment.At Hogarth California, the base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from 130,000- $140,000 annually. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
