The Project Coordinator (PC) is responsible for briefing the studio on the production of all screen images that are used throughout our client’s marketing deliverables. The primary focus of this position is to manage the process for the production of images by working with the Video Content Project Manager to plan, track and drive deadlines for new and existing images.Key responsibilities:
Track assets of projects and provide weekly/daily status updatesResponsible for briefing of projects to production studio and ensuring clear annotation and instructions are provided to the teamExperience of managing risk and escalating issues in a timely fashionReceive, compile, confirm accuracy, and distribute pertinent project information to appropriate partiesWork in conjunction with the Digital Asset Managers team to ingest all imagery into the system for tagging and distributionSchedule and facilitate pre and postproduction meetings with the Image Production teamRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years working ad agency/production agency experience preferred but not requiredUnderstanding of video file specifications and formats; resolution, production scaling, and other technical requirementsBasic knowledge of PhotoshopMust have working experience ideally in an ad agency or production facilityAbility to organize information quickly, at high and detailed levelsSolid understanding and command of project management toolsFlexibility in accommodating rapid change and capacity to learn quicklyProven effectiveness when working under pressureFacility for communicating effectively from one-on-one to large groupsAppreciation for the creative and production processAbility to make sound decisions, focus on detail, problem solve, multi-task, and have an excellent memoryMust possess organization, time management, excellent verbal/written communication skills, interpersonal skills and ability to prioritizeAbility to work in a fast paced, demanding, creative, and production environment. Flexibility is key to this roleAbility to work with Numbers/Excel applicationsAt Hogarth California, the base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $41 to $57/hr. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
