Come join a team where the future of healthcare is brighter than ever!What will you be doing:Reporting to the Vice President, Consulting Services, the Associate, Consulting Services is responsible for creating and managing financial spend analysis, conducting supply chain operations analysis, conducting research, collecting and analyzing data, and advising on next steps or changes based on interpreting results. The Associate will play an active role in the problem-solving aspect of engagements and completing project tasks within scope and budget. Nexera is a rapidly growing consulting organization, poised to truly make an impact in the changing healthcare environment.Key Responsibilities:Create and interpret spreadsheets, presentations and other deliverables using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio and Project as necessary for client engagement.Use expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel (Pivot Tables and Vlookups), PowerPoint, Access, project management software (e.g., MS Project) and flowcharting software (e.g., Visio) to create client deliverables accurately, with attention to detail, and on time.Perform analysis of medical and surgical products to identify savings opportunities or perform analysis of supply chain operations activities and data to identify operational enhancements, transformation, and savings.Responsible for client and internal presentation creation and development of quality deliverables.Participate in identifying business and technical problems and work with team to create innovative solutions.Responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, and using results to drive recommendations.Participate in assessment, design, and implementation activities, which may involve client meetings, observations, data collection and analysis and operational tactical work.Use knowledge of supply chain, finance, healthcare, or consulting operations background to assist clients in achieving maximum savings and efficient processes.Assist in proposal development and support as requested.Work effectively in a winning team environment, building positive client and peer relationships.Grow healthcare supply chain subject matter knowledge.Required QualificationsWork Experience:

Premier's internal salary range for this role is $51,000 - $95,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location.
