At Circle of Care, Inc., we're on a mission to spread Christian help, healing, and hope across Oklahoma and we're on the lookout for a talented individual to join us as the Director of Fatherhood and Preparation for Adult Living (PAL) programs. This individual is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and supervision of the Fatherhood Program and PAL services. This role includes overseeing the implementation of both programs to support fathers and young adults, ensuring effective service delivery, staff supervision, community engagement, and program development.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Program Oversight : Manage and oversee the Fatherhood Program and PAL services, ensuring that both programs meet their objectives and align with Circle of Care’s mission. This includes overseeing curriculum implementation, case management, and support services.

Supervision : Provide direct leadership and supervision to the Fatherhood Parent Educator and the PAL Coordinator. Ensure effective program delivery and support staff development.

Program Development : Develop and execute annual plans for both programs with clear, measurable goals. Address program needs such as training, community outreach, and enhancements.

Community Engagement : Actively engage with the local community to promote both programs. Conduct outreach, presentations, and tours to build partnerships and increase program visibility.

Staff and Administrative Leadership : Lead regular staff meetings to address programmatic issues, encourage team-based solutions, and maintain accurate records. Handle routine administrative functions as needed.

Funding and Resource Development : Research and pursue additional funding opportunities for both programs. Communicate funding needs and opportunities to the Circle of Care Development Team.

Crisis Management and Support : Ensure that resources and support are available for young adults dealing with crises or challenging situations. Coordinate with community services and provide advocacy as needed.

Reporting and Compliance : Maintain compliance with program requirements and reporting standards. Communicate program progress and needs to the Director of Prevention Services regularly.

Other Duties : Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Prevention Services.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and priorities.

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with a focus on community engagement and staff supervision.

Ability to build relationships and work effectively with families, community partners, and staff.

Ability to work on-call to respond to campus emergencies.

Ability to travel as required for program management and community engagement.

Ability to lift up 20 pounds.

Ability to ascend and descend stairs.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard office software, with the ability to learn additional tools as needed.

Ability to exercise discretion, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive situations with tact.

Flexible and adaptable, with a commitment to working in a social service setting and aligning with Circle of Care’s mission.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.

Experience : At least five years of experience in program management, child welfare, or related fields is preferred.

Pass a thorough background check, including fingerprinting, Department of Transportation check, pre-employment physical, and drug test as required.

Possess a valid Oklahoma driver’s license and maintain a good driving record.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

5 years experience (Required)

Experience directing programs that serve youth and families (Preferred)

Oklahoma Driver's License (Required)
