Our client is a leading Atlanta area commercial construction general contractor specializing in delivering high-quality commercial projects over multiple project sectors. Business Developer
to help expand our client base and drive growth in the commercial construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial construction market, including office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use projects.Build and maintain long-term relationships with developers, architects, property managers, real estate brokers, sub-contractors and other key stakeholders in the industry.Develop and implement business development strategies tailored to the commercial construction sector to increase market share and revenue.Collaborate with senior leadership to establish revenue goals, targets, and key performance indicators.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and bids for potential clients.Negotiate contracts and terms to secure profitable projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market conditions.Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the company and promote its services.Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the commercial construction industry.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field preferred but not required.Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations within the commercial construction industry.Knowledge of the construction process, including bidding, cost estimation, project management, and industry regulations.Proven track record of securing projects and building long-term client relationships.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and presentation software.What We Offer:
