Objectives of this role:

Provide comprehensive PC peripherals maintenance and supporting services for hardware and software environments throughout PRIME.

Job Requirements and Responsibilities:Research, resolve, and respond to inquiries received via web chat, telephone calls, email, ticketing system, all in a timely manner, in accordance with organizational standardsPerform comprehensive maintenance which includes PC, laptops, printers, and other PC peripheralsRelocate & install PCs, printers, and other peripherals including client's based standard software for all client's locationsInstall & configure of end user softwareObserve client's security & safety regulation to virus protectionEnsure software is virus free prior to installationWork with contractor and vendors on network maintenanceUpdate hardware/software asset data upon installation or relocation of any PC equipmentSupport other company developed technical equipmentExperience in supporting MS Windows client environment, MS Outlook, Windows-based application such as Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of Antivirus/Email EncryptionBasic knowledge in supporting iOS devices (i.e. iPhone and iPad)High level understanding of enterprise Windows management (Entra ID, Active Directory, etc.)Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) as this role is highly interactive with usersPleasant personality and positive attitudeEffective end user communicationAnalytical skills and customer orientedRequired travel to various PRIME locationsMay be required to work overtime, weekends and holidaysAttendance and punctuality is necessaryMust have dependable transportationMust be able to work independently, as well as be part of a teamProfessionalism and confidentialityAbility to stand or sit for extended periodsExcellence communication skillsMust be able to pass a DISA Drug Screen and Background checkReliabilityStress ManagementTeamworkWorking quickly and accuratelyOther duties as assignedRequirements

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is preferred or a Technical Diploma or Comp TIA A+ certification2-3 years related work experienceExperience in support systems/hardware development project is an added advantageExperience in PC (desktop, laptop, etc) troubleshooting and general IT support in a enterprise environmentExperience in supporting Window client based application such as Microsoft Office SuiteBasic knowledge in supporting IOS devices (i.e. iPhone and iPad)High level understanding of enterprise Windows management (Azure Cloud, Active Directory, etc.)

Physical Demands: Sitting or standing for prolonged periods of time, lift, carry push, pull or otherwise move objects up to 75 pounds. Repetitive motion. Extensive use of computers, copy machines and keyboards. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. The ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Must have the ability to lift and carry parcels, packages and other items, to walk short distances, and drive a vehicle to deliver and pick up materials. Kneeling, bending and working overhead is required.
