Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Assurance Manager with PCAOB / SEC experience to join our growing team in the Finance industry. As an Assurance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial health and integrity of our organization. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our company's financial systems, including auditing, assurance, and compliance with PCAOB and SEC regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of our company's financial systems, including auditing, assurance, and compliance with PCAOB and SEC regulations.
• Develop and implement effective assurance strategies to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our financial data.
• Lead and manage a team of assurance professionals, providing guidance, training, and mentorship as needed.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of our financial systems to identify any potential risks or discrepancies.
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies, ensuring all audits and inspections are conducted smoothly and efficiently.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on audit findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in assurance and compliance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the assurance team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree would be an added advantage.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on auditing and assurance.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with PCAOB and SEC regulations.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a team of professionals.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of management.
• High level of integrity and professionalism, with a strong commitment to ethical standards.
• Proficient in using various accounting and auditing software.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
