Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning and Trust Administration Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will:

Handle estate planning, trust administration, and related legal matters.

Provide expert legal advice and draft comprehensive estate plans to ensure compliance with state and federal tax laws.

Prepare and review state and federal estate tax returns, gift tax returns, and fiduciary income tax returns.

Demonstrate strong academic background, ambition, and attention to detail.

Independently analyze and recommend practical, cost-efficient legal solutions.

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the California Bar.

3-5 years of relevant experience in estate planning and trust administration.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Provide expert legal advice and draft comprehensive estate plans to ensure compliance with state and federal tax laws.

Prepare and review state and federal estate tax returns, gift tax returns, and fiduciary income tax returns.

Manage complex legal cases and client communications effectively.
