Job Details

We are seeking an attorney with 4 to 6 years of experience in real estate law to join our Real Estate and Finance Department. The ideal candidate will:

Represent sellers and buyers, landlords and tenants, and borrowers in acquisition, sale, lease, and finance transactions.

Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate policies.

Conduct legal research and provide well-reasoned legal opinions.

Participate in due diligence processes for real estate transactions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and legal developments.

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.

Strong academic credentials.

Excellent writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and manage multiple tasks.
