Job DetailsWe are seeking a Corporate Associate with approximately 3-4 years of experience to join our Corporate & Transactions Department in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will:
Possess strong transactional experience, including private company M&A and venture stage financing.
Demonstrate outstanding academic credentials and superior analytical, writing, and advocacy skills.
Be proactive, self-starting, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients, providing innovative legal solutions.
Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and legal developments.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
3-4 years of relevant experience in corporate law, particularly in M&A and venture financing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
