Job Details

As a Real Estate Associate Attorney, you will play a pivotal role in representing clients in various aspects of commercial real estate transactions. Your responsibilities will include:

Transactional Work: Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, and ancillary transaction documents.

Due Diligence: Conducting thorough due diligence, including title reviews and advising clients on potential risks and issues.

Client Representation: Managing and conducting closings for the purchase and sale of commercial real estate properties.

Lease Negotiation: Representing landlords and tenants in the preparation and negotiation of lease and sublease agreements for retail, industrial, and office spaces.

Document Preparation: Preparing and reviewing lease-related documents, including letters of intent, terminations, renewals, amendments, assignments, SNDAs, and estoppels.

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the New Jersey State Bar (New York State Bar admission by motion is a plus).

3+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.

Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
