Key Responsibilities:
As an Attorney at our firm, you will be at the forefront of immigration law, handling a diverse range of cases. Your key responsibilities will include:
Legal Advocacy: Drafting persuasive briefs, motions, and pleadings for Immigration Court proceedings.
Representation: Attending immigration hearings, interviews, and meetings on behalf of our clients.
Application Preparation: Skillfully preparing and submitting immigration applications and petitions.
Response to Challenges: Crafting compelling responses to Requests for Evidence to ensure successful case outcomes.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Prior Immigration Experience: Demonstrated experience in various immigration law areas, including Family, Employment, Investment Visas, and Immigration Court Proceedings.
Active Bar License: Hold an active bar license in good standing in the relevant jurisdiction.
Research and Writing Skills: Possess strong research and writing skills to effectively advocate for our clients.
