Salary: $200,000 - $300,000 per year

Our client is actively recruiting for experienced real estate attorneys to join their Manhattan offices. This is an excellent career opportunity with a midsized firm that exclusively represents clients in all areas of complex real estate litigation, trial, and transactions including landlord-tenant disputes (commercial and residential), appellate litigation, condominium & cooperative representation, mortgage financing and banking, housing discrimination, land use, construction litigation, and administrative proceedings among others.

We are seeking attorneys with recent litigation experience arguing motions in housing court, state and federal court systems, New York State Supreme Court, or appellate court. The incoming attorney will have the opportunity to work directly with clients from day one and be trusted to work autonomously to push cases forward and develop successful litigation strategies. Interested candidates should have proficiency in handling all aspects of complex real estate litigation including initial pleadings, discovery, researching and drafting motions, attending conferences, making court appearances, and taking/defending depositions. The firm does not have a billable requirement and a lucrative profit sharing plan that allows attorneys to earn additional money based on billed hours.
