We are seeking a seasoned Permanent Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced litigator with a passion for justice and a proven track record in personal injury law. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual to apply their expertise in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of personal injury cases from inception through resolution, including conducting investigations, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, taking and defending depositions, engaging in motion practice, attending hearings, and trial work.

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury cases and provide expert legal advice to clients.
  • Conduct thorough investigations to uncover all facts related to the case.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and other legal correspondence.
  • Represent clients in court and advocate on their behalf during trials, hearings, and settlement negotiations.
  • Develop case strategies based on the law, the specific circumstances of each case, and the client's goals.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and keep them updated on the progress of their case.
  • Conduct legal research to stay abreast of changes in personal injury law and to support legal proceedings.
  • Collaborate with legal team members to ensure a coordinated and efficient approach to case management.
Job Details

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney with significant trial experience.
  • Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the state bar.
  • Proficient in all phases of litigation from case inception through appeal.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly and effectively articulate complex legal issues.
  • High degree of professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • A deep understanding of personal injury law and a passion for advocating for the rights of injured individuals.
