Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Personal Injury Paralegal to join our esteemed legal team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional who is passionate about legal research and the personal injury law field. This role will involve working on complex cases, conducting in-depth research, and providing critical support to our attorneys. The successful candidate will play an instrumental role in our legal proceedings, contributing to our mission of delivering the highest quality legal services to our clients.

As a Permanent Personal Injury Paralegal, your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting extensive legal research and analysis on various personal injury cases, using all available resources to ensure comprehensive and accurate information.
2. Assisting attorneys in the preparation and filing of legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, motions, appeals, contracts, and legal agreements.
3. Gathering and organizing evidence and other legal documents for attorney review and case preparation.
4. Interviewing clients and witnesses to collect detailed information, ensuring all relevant facts are considered in legal proceedings.
5. Drafting correspondence and legal documents, such as contracts and pleadings, ensuring all documents are accurate and timely.
6. Coordinating and managing timelines for various legal processes, keeping the legal team informed of upcoming deadlines.
7. Maintaining an organized and up-to-date case file system, ensuring easy access to critical information.
8. Staying abreast of current laws and regulations related to personal injury law, ensuring all legal activities are compliant.

Qualifications

To be considered for the Permanent Personal Injury Paralegal role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Paralegal in the personal injury law field.
2. A Paralegal certificate or degree from an accredited institution.
3. Advanced knowledge of legal research techniques and legal terminology.
4. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and case information.
5. Proficiency in using legal research software and other legal databases.
6. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, attorneys, and court personnel.
8. High level of professionalism and confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
10. Demonstrated commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards.
