Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Our client's corporate team is growing. They are looking for an attorney with 1-3 years of experience in transactional or corporate law. Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.

Required Qualifications:

1-3 years' corporate regulatory and/or transactional experience, including: corporate governance, drafting and negotiating agreements, entity formation, and mergers and acquisitions

Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor

Admitted to practice in Virginia (or ability to become admitted promptly)

Excellent writing, analytical and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience representing healthcare providers

Expertise with antitrust, fraud and abuse, insurance, managed care, or other distinct transactional experience

Corporate compliance and governance, healthcare regulatory experience

Familiar with accounting and finance
