Job Details

We are seeking an Associate Attorney (approximately 3-5 years of experience) to advise clients on healthcare law, including government and internal investigations, compliance program development, support and assessment, risk management, and governance. Admission to the Virginia State Bar is required. The ideal candidate will be a client-service oriented, collaborative team player who possesses knowledge of administrative law and the regulatory process with a demonstrated ability to help clients ensure compliance and avoid or mitigate risk.

Required Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Admission to Virginia State Bar in good standing (or ability to waive in)

Experience in Administrative Law

Healthcare regulatory experience

Experience with commercial and government reimbursement

Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively on a team

A drive for excellence and strong customer service

Ability to develop relationships and build trust

Strong academic credentials

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a law firm or judicial clerkship
