Salary: $120,000 - $155,000 per year

We're looking for a Senior Manager to join our high-profile, rapidly expanding Real Estate Income team.

• Oversee financial operations for various Real Estate Income funds/products
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting to clients, fiduciaries, counterparties, and regulators
• Provide leadership to offshore teams

Key responsibilities:

1. Fund management:
2. Ensure compliance with governing documents and agreements
3. Review and set up complex transactions
4. Manage liquidity through distributions and drawdowns
5. Stakeholder coordination:
6. Liaise with auditors, custodians, brokers, and administrators
7. Collaborate on financial reports, including complex calculations
8. Process improvement:
9. Participate in firm-wide efficiency initiatives
10. Engage with cross-functional teams
