Salary: $105,000 - $125,000 per year

We are looking for an experienced Senior Corporate Accountant join our team. This individual will report to the VP Controller and essentially be somewhat of a right-hand person.

The person will handle the accounting for the corporate entities including prep & analysis of quarterly financial packages, GL, and subsidiary ledgers

Perform month-end tasks and other duties.

DO YOU HAVE:

6+ years of experience?

Experience working within commercial real estate?

Experienced in real estate software including Yardi or MRI

Good GAAP knowledge & degree in Accounting?
