Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per year

We are representing a growing Commercial Real Estate Investment firm that is looking to add great talent to their already growing team. They assist real estate investors with their business endeavors and have been expanding their portfolios throughout the greater Southern California areas.

We are searching for an individual with at least 3 years of experience, ideally coming from the Real Estate sector (whether it's residential or commercial). Preference to those who either have QuickBooks, Yardi, or MRI.

This would be a fully onsite role.

Generate monthly internal financial reports

Manage general ledger and accounting controls

Process inter-company billings

Oversee mortgage loans and lender reporting

Maintain asset depreciation and amortization schedules

Track monthly construction project costs

Reconcile and validate financial entries

Prepare annual CAM reconciliations and estimates

Coordinate annual financial statement review with auditors

Facilitate tax return preparation with external preparers
