Salary: $27 - $46 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. This is a full-time, permanent position with flexible scheduling options for both day and night shifts. This position comes with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned RN to apply their skills and expertise in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

1. Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans.
2. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
3. Monitoring patient’s condition and progress, and making necessary adjustments to care plans.
4. Providing education and support to patients and their families regarding conditions and care needs.
5. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
6. Documenting all patient information accurately and completely in patient medical records.
7. Participating in ongoing professional development and maintaining current knowledge of best practices in nursing care.

1. Valid RN license in the state of Texas.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a hospital or acute care setting.
3. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
4. Current BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.
5. Demonstrated proficiency in clinical skills and nursing techniques.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
