Salary: $27 - $46 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. This is a full-time, permanent position with flexible scheduling options for both day and night shifts. This position comes with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned RN to apply their skills and expertise in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. ..

1. Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans.
2. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
3. Monitoring patient’s condition and progress, and making necessary adjustments to care plans.
4. Providing education and support to patients and their families regarding conditions and care needs.
5. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
6. Documenting all patient information accurately and completely in patient medical records.
7. Participating in ongoing professional development and maintaining current knowledge of best practices in nursing care.

1. A current and valid RN Texas license.
2. A minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in a hospital or medical center setting.
3. Demonstrated expertise in patient care, with a strong focus on patient safety and satisfaction.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and communicate complex medical information clearly to patients and their families.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
6. A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
7. BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association or the ability to obtain these certifications within 6 months of hire.
