Job Details

We are searching for a dedicated and experienced Process Technician to join our dynamic team in the technology industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor wafer processing, with a focus on etching and metals deposition. This role will require a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of the semiconductor manufacturing process, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Operating and maintaining semiconductor processing equipment, with a focus on etching and metals deposition.
  2. Monitoring and controlling equipment parameters using process control systems.
  3. Conducting routine inspections of semiconductor wafers to ensure high-quality production.
  4. Identifying and troubleshooting process-related problems to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
  5. Collaborating with engineers and other technicians to develop and implement process improvements.
  6. Documenting all process and equipment activities, including deviations, changes, and results.
  7. Ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
  8. Participating in cross-functional teams to support other areas of the manufacturing process as needed.
  9. Training and mentoring new technicians to ensure a high level of competence and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor wafer processing, specifically in etching and metals deposition.
  2. A degree in a related field such as materials science, electrical engineering, or chemical engineering is preferred.
  3. Strong technical skills with the ability to operate and maintain semiconductor processing equipment.
  4. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve process-related issues.
  5. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
  6. A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality.
  7. Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations in the semiconductor industry.
  8. Proficiency in using process control systems and other relevant software.
  9. A continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  10. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
