Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Permanent Application Engineer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing company in the Engineering industry that values innovation, technical expertise, and collaborative problem-solving. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our sales and design processes, utilizing their engineering acumen to create and propose solutions that meet our clients' needs. This role is ideally suited for someone with a strong background in Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Design, Engineering, AutoCad, Creo, Quotes, and Technical Expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a technical expert, providing engineering and product knowledge to both our sales team and our clients.
• Work closely with our sales team to understand client needs, then design and propose tailored solutions that meet these requirements.
• Use AutoCad and Creo to create detailed designs and schematics for proposed solutions.
• Prepare and present technical quotes to clients, clearly explaining the proposed solution and its benefits.
• Collaborate with other engineers to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies, and identify opportunities to incorporate these into our solutions.
• Provide technical training and support to our sales team, enhancing their ability to sell our solutions effectively.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and can be implemented successfully.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in Inside Sales and Outside Sales.
• Strong design skills, with proficiency in AutoCad and Creo.
• Ability to prepare and present technical quotes to clients.
• Solid understanding of engineering principles and the ability to apply these to solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from a range of disciplines.
• Commitment to staying up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on quality.
