Responsibilities:
- Applying your technical expertise to support our sales team, providing technical guidance and product solutions to our clients.
- Preparing detailed and accurate quotes for potential projects, taking into account all necessary factors such as materials, labor, time, and other resources.
- Establishing product specifications, ensuring they meet both the needs of the client and the standards of our company.
- Serving as a liaison between various departments within our organization, including sales, engineering, and production, to ensure a smooth workflow and effective communication.
- Designing and implementing AC and DC power distribution systems, as well as UPS and power conversion systems, utilizing the latest technologies and best practices in the field.
- Participating in sales presentations and client meetings, providing technical expertise and product knowledge to aid in the sales process.
- Continually updating your knowledge and skills in the field of engineering, staying abreast of the latest technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Application Engineer position will have the following qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an engineering role, preferably within the power distribution or power conversion industry.
- Proven experience in preparing quotes and establishing product specifications.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to serve as a liaison between various departments and effectively communicate complex technical information to a non-technical audience.
- Strong sales skills, with a proven track record of supporting a sales team and contributing to sales success.
- Advanced knowledge of AC and DC power distribution systems, UPS, and power conversion.
- A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think creatively and develop effective solutions to technical challenges.
- A strong commitment to professional development, with a willingness to continually update your knowledge and skills in the field of engineering.
