Salary: $135,000 - $170,000 per year

We are seeking a talented and experienced Manager (Player/Coach) for Cloud Solutions & Digital Architecture to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. This role is pivotal in driving our digital transformation and will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and management of our cloud and on-premise infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud solutions, network and server virtualization, Microsoft 365, VMWare, Intune, SCCM, and Rubrik. With your 5+ years of experience, you will be instrumental in shaping our company's digital future.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of cloud-based solutions and digital architecture strategies to support business objectives and growth.
• Manage the company’s on-premise and cloud infrastructure ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
• Oversee network and server virtualization, ensuring maximum efficiency and uptime.
• Lead the implementation and management of Microsoft 365, VMWare, Intune, SCCM, and Rubrik.
• Collaborate with various business units to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Develop and implement IT policies and best practices for cloud solutions and digital architecture.
• Conduct regular system audits and proactively address any security issues.
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay current with the latest technologies and trends in cloud solutions and digital architecture, and make recommendations for their implementation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing cloud solutions and digital architecture in a manufacturing or similar industry.
• Proven experience in managing on-premise infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of network and server virtualization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, VMWare, Intune, SCCM, and Rubrik.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Commitment to staying current with the latest technologies and trends in cloud solutions and digital architecture.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, VMware Certified Professional) will be an added advantage.
