Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of the construction project lifecycle from initial conception to completion.
2. Develop comprehensive project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
3. Oversee contract management, ensuring all contracts are negotiated, executed, and managed in accordance with company standards and legal requirements.
4. Implement effective risk management strategies to identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks.
5. Coordinate and manage project schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
6. Implement stringent cost control measures to ensure project expenditures are in line with the approved budget.
7. Collaborate with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
8. Regularly report on project status to senior management, highlighting any issues or delays and proposing solutions.
9. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards.
10. Continually review and assess project performance, implementing changes as necessary to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management.
3. Proven experience in budgeting, contract management, risk management, scheduling, and cost control.
4. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
5. Excellent leadership and project management skills.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
9. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
10. Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to resolve issues and conflicts.
11. Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is a plus.
