Salary: $96,000 - $126,000 per year

We are a local established GC that has been building in Nashville for 50+ years. We specialize in ground-up Industrial and Commercial Construction, and due to growth, we have an immediate need for a talented Project Manager!

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Project Manager to join our thriving construction company. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and manage a wide range of projects, with budgets ranging from $1-5M. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Timberline and P6 software, possess excellent oral and written communication skills, and have advanced organization skills. Familiarity with Procore Project Management Software is a must. The role requires a strong background in Project Management, Construction Management, Budgeting, Scheduling, Team Leadership, Decision Making, Time Management, and Safety Management.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion. Your duties will include:

1. Managing projects with budgets ranging from $1-5M.
2. Utilizing Timberline and P6 software for project management tasks.
3. Ensuring effective communication across all levels of the project team.
4. Maintaining advanced organization skills to ensure project timelines are met.
5. Using Procore Project Management Software for project tracking and reporting.
6. Overseeing all aspects of construction project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and safety management.
7. Leading teams, making critical decisions, and effectively managing time to ensure project success.
8. Ensuring all safety protocols and procedures are adhered to, promoting a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management role within the construction industry.
2. Proven experience managing construction projects with budgets ranging from $1-5M.
3. Proficiency in Timberline and P6 software.
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
5. Advanced organization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Experience with Procore Project Management Software.
7. Demonstrated skills in project management, construction management, budgeting, scheduling, team leadership, decision making, time management, and safety management.
8. A strong commitment to safety and a proven track record of promoting safety in the workplace.
