We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager for our rapidly expanding Hospitality TI division. This position offers the opportunity to work on some of the most exciting and unique construction projects in the industry. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in project management, budget management, and construction, specifically within the hospitality sector. They will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, and will be comfortable using software such as Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and MS Suite.

Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Overseeing all aspects of project management for our Hospitality TI division, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  2. Utilizing software tools such as Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and MS Suite to effectively manage projects.
  3. Collaborating with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to ensure project objectives are met.
  4. Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules and budgets, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  5. Identifying, mitigating, and managing project risks and issues.
  6. Managing project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  7. Leading and managing a team of project managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  8. Ensuring all projects adhere to company standards and industry regulations.
  9. Reporting on project progress and performance to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Project Manager role will have the following qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management role within the construction industry, specifically with luxury hotel project experience.
  2. Proficiency in using software tools such as Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and MS Suite.
  3. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  4. Excellent budget management skills, with a proven track record of managing project financials and delivering projects within budget.
  5. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team of project managers.
  6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members.
  7. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  8. PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
