Monday - Friday Day Shift and Night Shift positions available!

Job Details:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Machine Operator Maintenance professional who will be a vital contributor to our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a background in the food processing industry, with a strong emphasis on machine operation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and handling food processing equipment. This is a full-time, permanent position with ample opportunities for growth and development. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our food processing machines and equipment, leading to optimal productivity and quality.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate and maintain food processing machines and equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
2. Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities to minimize downtime and maintain high production standards.
3. Inspect machines and equipment routinely for irregularities and malfunctions. Implement corrective measures promptly to prevent disruptions in production.
4. Diagnose and troubleshoot machine-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
5. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety and food hygiene standards.
6. Collaborate with the production team to meet production goals and maintain machine efficiency.
7. Document and maintain records of machine maintenance, repairs, and inspections for reference and auditing purposes.
8. Train other team members on the operation and maintenance of machines and equipment as required.
9. Keep abreast of the latest developments in food processing technology and suggest upgrades or replacements as necessary.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum experience in machine operation and maintenance, preferably in the food processing industry.
2. Proven experience in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of food processing machines and equipment.
3. Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
4. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
5. Strong technical skills with the ability to read and understand manuals and schematics.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
7. Excellent communication and training skills.
8. Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy machinery parts and work in a demanding environment.
9. High school diploma or equivalent. A technical certification or relevant training in machine operation or maintenance will be an added advantage.
