Job Details

Skills & Qualifications:

In-depth knowledge of facilities planning, local building codes, and safety regulations.

Strong leadership, communication, and project management abilities.

Expertise in electrical, HVAC, and high-voltage systems.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of facilities management experience.

Forklift certification required.

Primary Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate facilities staff to ensure timely, high-quality project completion.

Plan, organize, and manage plant operations and building renovations.

Oversee facilities projects, estimating costs for labor, materials, and equipment.

Ensure all construction and renovation work complies with codes and regulations.

Conduct inspections of buildings and grounds; approve necessary maintenance and upgrades.

Maintain comprehensive records of facility use, maintenance schedules, and compliance with regulations.

Collaborate with other departments to address facilities needs and resolve issues quickly.

Assist in budget preparation for ongoing operations and future projects.
